Clear has to match the OS. What OS are you using?

the digit marked has to match the clear. for yours AVOS000003(3)6-09 the digit in brackets will match the pictured one AVOclear3(3)5-01

if it were AVOS00000326-00 , then you would need the AVOCLEAR320-00, note the digit 2 matches

If it were 317, then you use the 312 clear card
