hoping a new tito will replace a bad bill acceptor in ballys alpha if i disable bill acceptor and printer in set up but have other settings for tito the same im hoping to use free play for credits to fool the system has anyone tried this thank you hate to buy a used bill acceptor for a game i dont have alot into

I don't have an Alpha but I'm pretty sure that won't work.  If the BV is disabled how could it even read a ticket?

If by saying you purchased a tito, I assume you are referring to a tito board?  Every one I've seen requires that you NEED a working BV.

Tito board free play works great on an alpha. No printer, no hopper, no bv. My test machine is set up like that now. I set to add $1000 for every press of the service button , that's  100,000 credits at 1 cent each.

Also, If you use the 336 os (2009), then you don't need to worry about the cash box switch.

I 3d print my tito device holders. It will be secured in the machine when complete. This one is just for testing.

going to try game setup again i get no errors on game setup card has rx and tx green lights on not flashing but on printer and bv disabled credit button not adding credits for some reason

only button i see is a red button on tito device is this the correct button or am i pushing the wrong button ty i did order the 1000 credits one according to order
