Bally alpha 2 conversion firelink fatal error no signal afterwards

I have Bally alpha 2 firelinks conversions, after couple of weeks or month I get a fatal error red box, turning the key twice will restart machine and usually fix The issue and it’s good to go for while,  one time this happened and after turning the key twice I’m not receiving no signal to monitor (doesn’t even say no signal or going to power saving or nothing, complete black) and ideck says no signal, i replaced the cpu board and it swapped all parts from it, ( game, v card, power supply) it works after new cpu and clearing,

This same thing happened AGAIN to 2 of my other same game machines, FATAL ERROR AND AFTER TURNING KEY TWICE NO SIGNALS.
What is the cause or how to fix? Do I need a new cpu board everytime or it’s something else, like batteries or what

Post a picture of the board.  Unlike IGT or SG,,
who only support licensed casinos,  you can contact the supplier.  I suggest checking the outputs on your power supply. My experience with offshore machines was that the power supplies were not always adjusted well. The ones I worked on had potentiometers to adjust, but it was beneficial to use a higher quality ps.

If I replace the bottom board cpu from another same machine it works. The switch from old board the power supply, game, video card,  only thing different is the bottom board.

With the power [OFF], can you spin ALL the fans to move freely without resistance?
If not, install new ones...there are several fans that MUST be working correctly or the machine WILL shut down in an dire effort to save itself.
Old fans with bad bearings or clogged fins draw excessive power supply amperage.
You have fans in the power supply units, the cabinet, on the video card, monitors, all over the place.

Also, check the thermal paste under the processor chip heatsinks.
They dry up and harden over time and do not conduct cooling thru the paste as when new.
It's always good to spread new paste on old machine MPU's when you get them in.
Also, if you can, monitor all the different machine temperature sensors.

When I plug in power cord all fans spin good,
Can’t monitor nothing cuz I can’t get any video signal to come up on monitor or ideak.
Doesn’t even say no signal or power saving on monitor. Just beeps 1 time when u turn the power on you hear all fans kick in when cpu is pushed back into backboard pins.

I misunderstood the term Frankenstein as offshore. I'm sure others have some experience with Alpha 2 board issues, hopefully they see the post.

Let's clarify this statement you posted^^^^.
Are you pushing the CPU in, while the power switch is [ON] ?
That would be "hot-swapping".
I don't think that's a good idea.

Also, if you're not getting a video signal, the video graphics circuit card itself may be no good.
Swap that questionable video card out with a known-good graphics card.
The signal should come back to the displays, rather than changing out the entire mpu.

No, Im no pushing it in while it’s powered on onto the back pins,
I pulled it out completely and have an extra power cord and plugged it in to see if all fans were spinning properly.   I swapped the video card from other same working machines, still nothing,
I did this before and had to replace mpc,  im trying to see if there is something besides the mpc.
Video isn’t coming on so is there a peice inside mpc (not the video card) I need to replace to see if that’s the cause of the problem??

Does the questionable video card work in a known good machine?
That's the only way you can get video is thru that video card to the monitor.

Unless your cpu lost the video driver files somehow? 
I don't know how to load video driver files to a Bally Alpha cpu.
Is the hard drive dead?
I defer this to someone else.

With 3 machines encountering this issue,  I would question the circuit that is powering the machines.  Not sure if a surge supressor would help, but something is hurting the mpu. I. If you send the bad boards to a repair shop, Perhaps they can shed a light on the affected component/ components.

Please note that not everyone logs on every day. Hopefully someone with knowledge of alpha 2 mpu failures will log on, see this, and help. Could be a few days

There are a lot of Chinese knock-offs available for sale that use bootleg software that are considered skill games, not slot machines. (even though they call them slot machines) I'd keep clear of those.

Do you know what kind of monitor got swapped into it?

This is original game just screen replaced, it’s official Bally cabinet and parts too.
I have 8 running currently. It just when fatal error came up and turning key it killed the video
And no signal on ideck

That is an A2 22/22 cabinet with both 22" monitors, video topper, and super candle removed.
