A Great evening to ALL. I’m setting up my TITO, and I got stuck on the progressive portion. I’m at a loss of what % and $ amount to enter. Obviously, I did it wrong because I now have error message “INVALID PROGRESSIVE AMOUNT”. Any help would be appreciated, THANK YOU.

Use the pdf to find your game and progressive table. Settings must be exact. See Jim's video for step by step instructions.
I hope you replaced the CPU and backplane batteries.

One other VERY IMPORTANT NOTE, as RB suggested, Replace the batteries. So easy an inexpensive to do. Thanks for the reminder to All of us!

OK Sir, I Thank ALL the folks for Their contributing help on these projects. Mine was the Older Style, I believe that I followed it, but I still have an issue. The machine now sits here “Very Pretty” like a lit up brick. It’s stuck in this mode. I sent a couple of pictures, any ideas, Machine does nothing.

P0 = $25,000
JP1 = $1,000
JP2 = $100
JP3 = $50
JP4 = $10

I highlighted J0,1,2,3,4. Then I entered, .1, .2, .3, .4, .5 in the contribution % (per watching Jim’s Video). Then, I found my “REEL MONEY, .01cent” in the Bally manual and it showed it as setup X. I did that $25,000, $1,000, $100, $50 and $10. I hope this was correct. I’m also noticing the steady Red is lit on CPU/MPU board.

Open the door and press the test button. What does it say on the right side of screen under pending status?

FOUND IT !!! The picture below tells ALL. I had to Unlock MPU when I changed backplane battery. These locks are SO SLOPPY that the cam moved enough that it wouldn’t close the circuit for the MPU door. Machine is up and running, NOT the way I want, but TITO WORKS.
One last ? if anyone knows this. When playing, ONLY FAR RIGHT BUTTON ILLUMINATES And WORKS. I programmed something wrong… 30,60,90,120,150 dead.

Did you choose 11 button deck? I know it doesn't make sense. You have 8 buttons but that is the correct choice.

I’m sorry, I was just looking for errors being displayed in the middle of the screen until I noticed that one in the bottom left. Thank You for guiding me through this.
RB, I programmed it for a 5 button deck. I will go back to it and change it to 11 button deck. I’m not liking the progressive setup that I put in. A penny here and there. I liked it before where it was constantly increasing the progressive bonuses. I guess it’s sorta trial and error? I saw a video where the person chose 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 & 3.0. Maybe that will roll/increase the progressive amounts faster? Any thoughts would be great.

The contribution amount refers to the percentage that each dollar bet will increase the progressive in cents. In some games there will be a limit to this number, since if your contribution to the progressives plus the payback percentage goes over 100%, the machine might not like that. When you see a machine in a casino with crazy fast progressive increments, it is most probably a WAP progressive or a LAP progressive that has a lot of machines linked as sharing a progressive.

Thank You All SO MUCH, I changed the deck to 11 button and increased the contribution % and it’s back to running like it did. I really appreciate the manual site. I will be reading this one now. Take Care…
