Title: BB2 ruby red slippers fault?

I have the following error. Not sure what to do?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Maybe I mixed up the o/s cards with another game?

Before turning key, what did screen say, System Halted in red? I take it you never got to set up menu

Had a blue screen that said loading in progress when it was done it said call attendant. I turned the key and got the fault

Did a clear ram. Installed a different o/s card and this is what I have

Did you disable the top box in game options?

I did not turn off the top box. I don't know how

Go into setup

Find "Game" options

Scroll to the bottom until you see "Disable Top Box",  select it and choose save.

Try to disable the top box and see what happens.

NLG is amazing. The issue I think was the O/s card. As well as the top box it's up and running. Thank you so very much everyone.

I sold him that game, but that OS was not paired with it. (And yes, it's OEM.., if that's why the question was asked.)
