Hello,
Have IGT USA VIDEO POKER . I have had a a chip upgrade done to it 6 months ago. Now I got a coin jam. Also, the printer will not print. There is power to printer. NO COIN HOPPER,or coin ability. I have a coin jam. I have turned off and reset the board. I have reset tge white button.
The operator menu pending tilts coin out jam
The QUARTS INPUTS COIN DROP DOOR flashing 0 and 1
Bill validation door flashing 0 and 1
Power supply pulse flashing 0 and 1
What yo do?

Why three posts about it? Post a picture of the machine. Resize as necessary to get it under 1MB.
Most likely someone hit the cashout button and it tried to pay out from the non-existent hopper and that's why you got the coin-out jam message.

It's a 17" Game King. I like the glass, haven't seen it before.
Do you have a keychip for it? We can probably clear the error without it, but you'll want one so you can disable the hopper so it doesn't happen again. Can you post a picture of the MPU board. Make sure to turn off the power before installing or removing it.

You have Game King V5.3P installed. Get a Key 40 from RB and read up on how to use a keychip in the forum while you're waiting for it. You'll have it back up and running in no time.

Who are you asking? 17 and 22 are keychips. The "correct" keychip depends on the game software. Yours uses Key 40.
