Title: SG 32 Not sending coins to hopper

Hi!
I have a SG32B that, when coins are inserted, instead of going to the hopper, they are going to a hole in the bottom of the cabinet. Any ideas on how to fix this?? Thanks in advance!

Is your hopper overloaded with coins? It sounds like the diverter is engaging and sending coins to the overflow chute.

No, there are only about 50 coins in the hopper

Can you post a photo of the inside of the door?
