Title: Help with ICT PA7 bill acceptor

Hi I'm looking for help with my ICT PA7 bill acceptor. I'm using Pot O Gold_580F and the bill acceptor blinks 5 times which means Stacker removed. I've replaced the stacker and reset the acceptor, but it continues to blink 5 times. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I also would like to know how to gain access to the master switch?

if you have another pa-7 bill box exchange it and reset machine and see if that fix it, also get a can of air and blow out the bill unit with cash box off. hope this will solve this error.
If not we need to check other area of the cash box connections

I cleaned it like you advised and it fixed the error and all lights are green, but now it is accepting the bill then spitting it directly back out. Any ideas of what to do now? Thanks for helping me with the cleaning part btw.

Aloha, there are a couple of things that might be causing the unit to reject the bills.

1- do you have another bill unit cash box to try, it could be the pins are out of line
2-bill unit needs service check on ebay for seller and service doneright 100(1156) to service your unit or to purchase one
and also ask them about your issue
