Title: S Plus 21 coin in tilt won't clear

Just got an S Plus machine into my shop with a 21 coin in tilt, I tried closing & latching the main door several times & it didn't clear so I suspected the door optics. I go into the door optic test in 13-0 & when I latch the door it changes to 13-1 steady. If the optics are working shouldn't it be alternating between 13-0 & 13-1?

If door optics are working the coins played window will change to 0 when you open the door and when you close the door it will go blank for a second or two before returning to whatever it was before.

Also, IF the door optics are working correctly, the bottom half of the candle will flash twice per second when you open the door. :Professor:

Just checked by opening the door, no flashing on the bottom of the candle, guess I'll try to find a pair of good working optics

Or check the bulb.
