Title: IGT G20 Door Latch Stuck

I feel stupid, but the door latch on the G20 is stuck - it won't go down. I put my finger in the hole on the machine below the latch, but I can't move anything to apparently free it. I also managed to get the second machine stuck as well while troubleshooting the first one.

What am I doing wrong?

Appreciate any help.

If the door latch is stuck in the up position then you should be able to open the door no?

It was just stuck. WD 40 is my friend. Sorry for the false alarm.

A little lube goes a long ways sometimes.  Glad you got it fixed! :applause:
