Title: Persistent coin in error (not jam)

So I have a igt s2000  triple red hot 7s that has a coin in error

I have tried swapping up cards mount board and BV components with known working ones


Only way to get rid of error is to clear/key and it don’t come back until a bill is accepted by the BV then coin in error occurs

The harness has a known working jumper on it

I have tried unplugging BV light board

Board has had varta battery removed and main battery is new


All help would be appreciated

I forgot to mention once this error comes on after around 5 power on/off cycles the machine will get stuck on please wait testing memory which requires a clear/key to get through
