Can someone please confirm the identity of the commonly used black connector on the S2000? To me it looks like a 'Molex SL Series', but I need to be sure. :Scratch-Head:

I have purchased these before. The 2 datasheets below may be helpful. The 70066 series has the latch and w/o latch. The 70107 may be the correct one.
The problem I have had is there are different series and other manufacturers that make these - the pins seem to be unique to the series/manu as the length of the pins and locking tabs are different. I've used Newark mostly for the connectors and pins. PM if you like.
Molex SL Series - is correct I believe.

Where in the S2k are you using it Daily?
Looks like maybe the 3 wire grey COM harness?

The photo I attached is just an example of the type of connector I'm looking for, but with a different pin count. I like having the capability of making my own wiring harness in a pinch when I can't find what I want. So far, I've only worked with the white Molex Mini-fit connectors. The harness I'm currently considering making has the mini-fit plus a black 5-pin connector. It is the harness for a Spectrum progressive display. The one you just plug into power and Netplex. They are hard to find when you want one.
I plan to add a Spectrum display to one of my machines. One of my other machines has one so I can copy the harness on it. I might change my mind about this whole thing If I can't find a reasonably priced terminal crimper. The Molex brand crimper for these type terminal pins are insanely overpriced, ranging from $300 to over $400. There must be some lower priced brands. Molex does make a statement that these terminal pins crimp well in after market crimpers.

Or I solder the pins and crimp them with a cheap jewelry tool from JoAnn's Fabrics...>>>

I've made the progressive display harnesses before.
You don't need the most expensive tools for the little amount that you'll use it for.
I like buying these kits...you get a lotta parts in them...>>>

Thanks for the info.
It looks like I found the connectors I need on this Ebay website. I checked into the terminal pins for these connectors and it turns out I have a crimping tool that fits them. I thought they needed some sort of special crimper.

Posting this for future use. Glad you found what you needed.
I use this Molex crimper. Cost is up, just like everything. It comes in a kit at a better price if you need connector assortment.
Crimper part number - 0638111000
Kit (digi-key) - 0766500011
Other 3rd party ones available that are very similar.
