Title: Coin Out error call attendant- coinless machine

Hi guys, havent turned game on for a while, but booted fine, played 4 to 5 spins and won and then it gave a coin out errro call attendant. No hopper coinless machine with GKBDEV chip or whatever the fast boot chip is. I cant remember the sequence to get into the menu to check if hopper is enabled. do I hold reset button while resrating with doo open?
Some guiodance and I will report back what I find.
