Title: G20 won't print tickets (EPIC 950 printer)

Aloha  :wave: I purchased few G20 games from a casino. Those accepts notes just fine, but when cashing out it goes to handpay. Ticket printer is installed and it's showing green light (model EPIC 950). I can see the printer under devices in setup menu and looks like it's idle as should. I was start to wondering if the seller has removed some HW from the cabinet prior the purchase? Please see attached protocol settings and pic inside of the game. Am I missing something?  Any suggestions? :EmoticonHelp4:

Hard to tell from the pic but it doesnt look like a TITO device is installed.
If they are Casino Fresh you will need to get a TITO device.  There is a lot of options.

As slotman said, you need a Tito device to print tickets at home.  The slot can't communicate with the casino (obviosity) to verify the cash out so it hand pays.  The Tito will solve this, basically "tricking" the machine into accepting and printing tickets.

A tito board is not required to print tickets.  It is only needed to accept tickets.

My main goal is to just print tickets. Can some some smarter than me walk the through the ticket printer setup procedure? step by step instructions are appriciated :-)
