UBA 10 communication error

I picked up a kanomi kv3 today.

When I tested before buying, there were no errors.

Upon powering up at home I’m getting bill Val com error.

Uba does not cycle on & blinking red light flashes 10 times.

When I put it in test mode,  I hear a slight clunk, but the unit does not cycle on & red light appears.

After adjusting the bill box,  I was able to get the unit to cycle and accept bills during test mode.

Still have BV com error, and BV doesn’t not cycle during startup.

There is a solid red light, but no flashing lights.
