That's the power supply's I've worked with in a Sigma Blackjack video machine B52. Last summer I had a different video poke that the power supply for the 5v & 12v were all in one case and it attached with the spade wire ends and screws. That's the one we put new caps in and it came back to life. I think that was a SG-112b..
