Hi all. Newbie here .  I recently added my 2nd slot to my game room. WMS BB2 airplane game.   I wanted to change the denominations on my airplane and did a ram clear. It was my first time doing it and all went well.  Only thing is before i ram cleared the ticket in and out between the 2 machines worked fine.
Now my bb2 tickets will not be read by the Igt sizzling machine. The sizzling machine tickets will go into the BB2 machine without issue.  Any suggestions?
I am fasirly green/new to the slot machine programming.  Thanks in advance.

If this is a Bettor Tito board you are using you can get Bettor/faster service by emailing my directly jim@bettorslots.com.  Please email me clear pictures of the printed tickets look like from each machine.  Write on the ticket the name of the machine it came from.  From that I can likely figure out your problem.

You probably don't have voucher out set as primary sas in your configuration.
