Title: MEI BV and Cash box making grinding sound and won’t accept bills

Please see attached video.  Anyone have any ideas?  I have video but too large to post here.  I can send to anyone that can help.

Yes cash box pushed in and tried a couple different cash boxes.

Try reseating the interface board between the head and cash can.

Ok so hot rid of all errors Bv is now working.  However it makes a loud grinding noise.  Any suggestions?

Try a new cash can, it sounds like the noise is post validation and during the stacking action.

Hi Rick. We tried another cash can. Same issue.

Then only the head is left. Try another head.  I

Yea this one was just rebuilt.  I don’t have another head
