Title: TITO@Home Bally 6000 Hand Pay Only
Post by: tomterlec on June 28, 2022, 09:50:51 AM: I just installed TITO@Home on my Bally 6000 Dragon Wheel. After following the instructions I’m unable to print a ticket, I get hand pay message only. This is my first time with a TITO board, I’m wondering if anyone has run into the same issue.

It’s very possible the printer isn’t working, it came in the machine. It’s also possible there may be an option not set correctly as well, I’ve been through them several times.

Any help appreciated.

I’ve also been communicating with Brian at TITO@Home, he asked for a picture of the connector. He’s concluded that it’s not wired correctly and sending me another one. He said the purple and orange wires are reversed.

Hopefully this takes care of it.

Yes, printer has green light and will feed paper. When activated in test, it does not advance and prints a black line at top of ticket.

Yes, that’s how my paper is installed with 2 black marks facing up and in. My second machine which prints is installed the same way. I’m betting there’s an issue with the printer.

Post by: tomterlec on July 02, 2022, 12:19:29 PM: Received the new wiring harness from Brian at Tito@Home. Changed it and my machine would still not print. I ended up changing 2 settings from the Bally 6000 instructions, option 92 SAS Bonusing to 2 and 19HI to 0 and its now working :applause:
