Title: I have a printer in my machine, but it says not installed?

S2000 machine bought from a third party. The voucher printer shows ready when I check. In the options, no voucher setting, and machine states no printer installed there fore I can not enter printer setup. Recently had to replace the Varta on the board. Do I need to reset the chips now to get printer and voucher to come up? Bill validator won't take the vouchers either. Coinless mode is set, no hopper in machine. Bills/Voucher only. TYIA

No, all you  need to do is do a netplex autoconfig and it should find your printer provided it has the correct firmware on it.  Search the forum for netplex autoconfig, there's probably a thread on how to do it.

Also your bill validator is not going to accept a voucher unless you have a TITO board installed and the machine is configured to use it.

Previous owner had it set to take vouchers and said printer worked. I am not sure but I feel I might have gotten a little taken by previous owner. Tried to reset with key chip but board gives me a red flashing light. Now machine is stuck with coin out jam when trying to cash out. I can not change it back to coinless mode and I am missing many of the option under key config menus. This has become a headache. Game chips are 363 series so I have the 97 clear chip with the 17 key chip. Machine clears fine, but I can't get it to key now. S2000 1207 enhanced board. I get one amber only with clear chip apparently that means enhanced 1207 style. It has no coin hopper, bill validator does take cash, won't take vouchers menu shows disabled as well. Candle is flashing both bottom and top  top slow, bottom rapid.

363s can cause reel tilts at boot up on 1270 boards.  Those are wrong clear and key chips for 1270 boards. 

Use 523s, clear 224, and key 45.  As Tilt stated it will not accept vouchers without a Tito board installed.

Once I get the correct keys etc... the printer should be to be enabled and at least print voucher?  And where should I get a TITO? Ty all for the help!!

Ok, I have the correct keys and got the printer to print!!!!!  Bill validator works with bills as expected. I think I set something wrong for vouchers..... I place my voucher in the validator, it shows validation in progress and spits the voucher back out. What setting should I be using SAS, Bally, etc???  Everything works on this machine now expect reading the vouchers.

I've had a BettorTito standard board for a couple years in a GameKing and it works great. There is a Deluxe version that let's you add credits etc thru your phone/Tablet. However, If you don't need the features of the deluxe board I personally would try Tito@home it's cheaper than the Bettor board it does the same in fact its even more convenient.
