Its hard to tell with a single 48kb sideways image. It becomes blurry when you try to enlarge it. You might have a little better luck with a larger or higher quality image or 2.

Very rare machine, it's the first time I see it.
From what I found the theme is HAWAIIAN DIAMOND, 20 lines, SB101453 chip and has free games.
