Title: S2k hand pay report issue

Bought an S2k with a Tito installed.  Was set up for hand pay, no bill validator, $2500 bonus with service button.

Installed an MEI bill validator and set up printer.  Cleared, reset,  machine played and printed tix.

After putting in all of the Tito settings,  I noticed that I’m the machine does not allow no report for primary hand pay.  Only single report or multiple reports.

Neither setting allows ticket redemption.

Am I missing something?  Thanks!

Sounds like you may have missed something in the SAS settings. Foster's TITO instructions in the S2000 FAQs have never failed me.
It could be possible that some very old SG chips may not be compatible with all of the settings. You neglected to provide those details.

Yep.  I key chipped it and realized that I missed the validation type. :duh:

All set now.

Is there a way to turn off the service button bonus, but keep the ticket redemption?

$2500 is a big bonus on a $.25 machine :)

If it has a TITO@home, just turn both dips off. Otherwise, disable legacy bonusing.
