Title: Need Help with BB2 setup after RAM clear

IK decided to change games on both of my BB2 machines. I replaced Ruby Slippers with Airplane and it was smooth and easy. Did the same process with my other BB2 to change from I Love Lucy to Lord of the Rings and I seem to be stuck because of an error saying "BillVal Comm Error". I made sure my cashbox was pushed all the way in and that the bill validator was seated correctly and all seems fine so just not sure how to get rid of this message (pic below).

ANY assistance would be MUCH appreciated.

What validator type did you select during setup of devices?

I selected "Mars' because my other BB2 (which I bought from the same company at the same time) had a label on it that said "Mars" (see below)

Select a different bill validator I would suggest. I'm not an expert but I have a BB2 with 7 games. There are only a few choices.

These validators have 3 leds in the front that tell you the status of the validator (green, yellow, and red). Is your validator's green light lit up after you power up?  If it isn't, it's because it either lost power or there is a malfunction somewhere down the line.
