Title: Bought 3M Glass Touchscreen - Where do I start?

Hi all, still working on my touchscreen calibration issues. after I found some delimitation of the touchscreen connectors I figured it was the touchscreen and am ready to do it!

Do I heat the old one off and what do I stick it on with? I did buy the acetate tape so I think I'm ready to pull out the heat gun. Any guides, recommendation?

As usual I couldn't wait for guidance and went for broke. Works but heating the old panel proved to be way more difficult than it should have been. I cleaned the old panel's surface very well, then put this one on top removing the old cable from the 3m serial cable. This ads a bit more depth when looking at the glass vs the lcd but seems to be a good temp fix. I'll be in the market for a replacement at some point.
