S2000 Flashing Lower Candle

So I got a S2000 the lower candle is flashing fast. Machine is working fine other than that as far as I can tell. Ive been looking but haven't seem to find what exactly what a fast flashing lower light means.

I also had this issue recently and found this from one of the PSR's

"On a two-stage candle, the top level lit signifies a change request or machine- disabled mode. A slow flash on the top level signifies a tilt or hand-pay condition. A fast flash on the top level signifies the Operator or Attendant Menu is being accessed. A medium flash on the bottom level signifies the maindoorisopen. A fast flash on the bottom level signifies the drop door is open."

The only odd thing is, my drop doors are bypassed, no way they are open, and I occasionally get the same fast flash.
I thought maybe it had something to do with the attract modes?  But it's stopped flashing so I quick looking.

The door switch has been jumped. Its flashing fast. My other S2000 flashes slower with the door open.

Does sound like Drop Door Open.  A damaged trace near the Varta battery area, or a bent pin on the short MPU board connector?

RB yes the I get a door open message when I open the door. I haven't had time to look at the drop door circuit. Some things have come up and I'm super busy for a bit. What colors would the wires be for drop door ckt?

So I finally made the time to get this diagnosed & fixed. Problem was drop door circuit. No jumper was installed. Jumped the circuits and the light is off! Thanks to everyone.

Can you elaborate some on the Drop Door bypass procedure? Which circuit are you referring to?

I came across this thread while searching for answers to my problem, so this is why I've revived this particular thread.

Am I confusing Drop Door with Belly Door?

I've got the same issue on an S2000, no Error Messages, Fast Blinking on Lower Portion of the Candle. Game plays perfectly. Belly Door Switch is Bypassed.

Drop door is not belly door. Later today (its 4am atm) I will go out to that machine and see what the wire colors are and take a pic or two and send them to you. Its a circut for a door in the stand is what i was told. It was a longer two wire lead in the bottom area of cabinet.

Thanks for the reply, I was able to figure this out.

Drop Door was turned on in the Candle Options Menu.

Disabled it and all is well.
