I have a KP3 Selexion multigame.  I cannot perform a "reelstop" by pressing the spin button (or any other button at that).  Anyone know if the reelstop feature by spin button press is pre-built into the factory programming of the gamepacks, enabled in the settings/programming menu (haven't seen any mention of it in every menu screen), or if it is selected somewhere else that I am not aware of?

Only thing I can think of is that:
1. it is built into the factory programming of a gamepack as there are titles within my current gamepack that have reelstop by spin button press on casino versions of the titles.  I just do not have the exact same gamepack as the other casino versions I have tried.
-OR-
2. I may have a wiring issue on my LCD button deck.  Nothing else seems wrong with my buttons and they all function as normal as it stands right now.

okay, so slight update and seeking help from our resident knowledgeable KP3/KP3 selexion members.

I have proof that the feature I want to enable is available, but I am now lost for path forward.  setup manual for kp3 shows 1. reel stop by button being available, and 2. an option for selexion.

Is there a separate CF clear card for the regular KP3 machines vs the KP3 selexion machines?  Similar to the different clear/set keys for IGT machines?  If this is true, I think I may have been given a regular KP3 CF clear card instead of the correct KP3 selexion CF clear card.

If my theory on this is true, I will add a classified listing for purchase of KP3 selexion CF clear card (or you can PM me with info for purchase if you have one for sale).  The other option is if you have one and a CF burner/imager.  I can pay you a reduced amount, mail you a CF card, you can burn it, ship it back to me for testing.
