Can I Switch Two BB2 CPU's with NO PROBLEMS?

I have a BB1.5 that is pristine...as in rare beautiful shape (Dual Screen) I got it from the original owner who put the new top on and just really knew his stuff, and it's clean is perfect. It's running a sparkling NXT2 or whatever CPU.

Then I got a widescreen REAL BB2. Loving that, but the CPU, although it works fine, is a bit JANKY.  The button to push the OS card out is like broken off, so you have to grab the card out, which is kind of hard. The door has a rubber band holding the latch part (in the box) and it's kind of hard to close. Replaced hard drive 160GB (maybe that's a good thing). 5 OLED Buttons out (unrelated to this question).

I'm selling my BB1.5 soon. These have different bill collectors and printers, the BB1.5 has TITO and free play and BB2 does not, needs the printer replaced (I have it), and it only takes bills I think. No free play button.

QUESTION: If I switched the CPU's, would the machines even know? or would different software me loaded on them for the different accessories (BV, TITO)?

You can switch the CPUs but just do a clear to set them up afterwards.  The free play part would have to be switched to if you want it on the Bb2

Cool. The free play part...? Are we talking about the TITO board? Not the free play button right? Just the TITO maybe? Anything else? I would really like to hang onto my nice CPU when I sell the BB1.5.
