Title: Bally 5000+ what’s missing?

Picked up a Grand Slam 5000+, guy I got it from said the display had all 8’s. When I power it up I get nothing but the fluorescent lights and the two leds on the mpu, left one solid right one flashing. Battery I know is missing but the cable coming from the piggyback board goes nowhere and seems like there should be another board maybe? (Added additional pictures just because)

Send me your board and I can add a battery and the piggy back board and test the board on my S5000 board tester.

Thanks to badbaud, board has been repaired and is functioning as it should.


But now for some reason the CC-62-D coin mech isn't registering coins. I dont know enough about them to be able to diagnose it, is there supposed to be an LED or something showing it has power? Coins do go through and fall into the hopper as they should. The psuedo coin button does make the reels spin when the door is open like it is supposed to, I think, not sure. This is my first 5000+, had a few 6000's
