I have a mountain of Gamesman 3 and 5 reel assemblies that all have light issues either in the reels or the reel dividers and it causes machines to either hard tilt immediately or tilt after a while on their own while completely failing the feature self-test. I can verify it's not the cabinet board. Some hard tilt the machine when you change brightness, others display randomly flashing LED's on the topmost row, others kill lights all the reels when plugged in and others will flicker or cause hard light errors when jostled. I've reseated the flexible boards the LED's are on but there's really nothing else on these things that look like obvious problems. IGT's just telling me that if they aren't in warranty I'm SOL and need to buy another assembly as replacement flex boards are not available. Am I looking at a common problem with these assemblies or am I having really, really bad luck?
