Title: what is this?? Worth picking up??

I found this on a swap site with in 100 miles of me. The guy said it lights up but he can not figure out how to get the reels to spin. I have never seen anything like this, would it be worth picking up cheap for a project or am i just going to be banging my head against the wall looking for parts and working on it?

I think this is the Bally 894, (1971) Tunnel Target which is a machine that was exported. This is an E/M machine
but I would be concerned about what type of coins it might take
