Title: IGT Model 96432700 need help
Post by: larryjvegas on December 28, 2014, 08:48:37 PM
I recently won this video poker machine in a drawing and everything works fine, but i would like to access the other games listed game profile list. The software listed is G0001777. How do I access these other games?  Do I need to purchase a chip. I am computer literate but not a game machine tech. Any help would be appreciated.

More than likely, you just need the correct key chip to enable access to the menus. If you could post a pic of the machine, we can set you up. IGT model numbers are kinda funky, and most of us here are pretty "visual". A pic would answer most all of our questions.

Oh, and welcome to NewLifeGames.com!!!

Sorry for the delay, but with the holiday and all things got crazy.  Here is a pic of the machine and the side panel (didn't know if you needed the side panel). Your help is appreciated.

Oh, was that one of the machines that Station Casinos was giving away around Christmas?  Congratulations, nice game.

You have a Game King machine.  I'd imagine it's a 3902 board, but we'll need to see the board to be sure.  Can you, with the power OFF, remove the board from the machine and take a picture of it?

The processor board is located in a silver tray with a small handle on it.  Remove it by pulling the tray firmly towards you (you shouldn't need to force it, but it may take a little tug to get it disconnected from the machine).

Once you've taken your picture(s), return the board to the machine, being careful to insert it properly.  Don't shove the board in, but make sure it's firmly re-seated back into its proper position.

GME G0001777 goes with a M0000526 base chip.For a Multi-Denom platform.
He simply needs a KEY-17 to get into the programming mode.
Using a KEY-40 will blow it all away and start fresh.
This chipset will run on the 3802 as well as the 3902 series boards.

Yes it is one of the Station Casino giveaway machines.  It works well although I did have to replace the cooling fan for the motherboard, the bearing was shot. I have attached a pic of the mother board. Thanks again for the help.

It's a 3902 with eprom sound board.  I recommend you get a multi-media lite board that uses simms for more flexibility as far as the newer games if you ever want to change to a more current gameking set or an I-game+.

Key 2040 will work with that chip set and board but you will have to clear RAM and E2 to get the key chip menu to work (you will lose all settings and have to set everything up from scratch). If all you want to do is change games with that software get a key 17.

Sorry, I think most people call it key 22. When I got my first IGame, my supplier sent me a key chip labeled KEY %2040, so I just always called it 2040.

I think you probably have a Key 40 keychip.  A space is sometimes encoded as %20 so Key%2040 would really be Key 40.

What's the epilogue?!  :Please_Post_Pictures_2clr:

I have the same game set: G0001777. It is indeed a 3902 board, and Key Chip 17 works great for me!

If the probability is greater than 0, then there's hope!  :rotfl:
