Title: ARUZE Genex: Error Message ‘Play Disabled: CTSDG’

Hi all


I have a QLD Aruze Genex machine showing an error ‘Play Disabled: CTSDG’ which I believe is due to not having connection to a Q Com which I’m talking so someone about regarding a potential fix. In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions on getting past this? Cheers

This is QCOM software, the letters you are seeing ref to the the state the egm is in regarding comms.  QCOM software requires a connection to a PC/server (referred to as the site controller) that controls the state of the EGM.  Qcomm is an Australian only comms protocol.
The letters (CTSDG) ref to the EGM awaiting the config from the site controller, site is disable( not is operating hours) disabled, game disabled and in a comms timeout.  Basically it is awaiting the required setup form the site controller to start the signature check (security).  without a site controller, the daily change of the security signature you will not be able to make it work.
