Title: S3000 Rail Lights Not working

Ive got an S3000 that the side rail lights are not working. Handle and other lights are all functional, no error messages, everything else works fine.

1. Wiring harness has been check, all connected fine.
2. Game has been cleared, still didn't solve it.
3. Had another tech look at it and they could not find the issue.
4. Another tech recommended to replace the boot chip on the backplane board, we did, still nothing.

Anyone else ever have this issue?  :Scratch-Head:

You may have to reinstall as I did when my cabinet lighting went out. CVS00129 and probably ULC0246 via a laptop.

Yea that’s most likely going to have to be it. You know if there’s a walkthrough on doing it that way somewhere that would be helpful?
