So, how many years until us home slot guys can buy an S3000 machine?

I'd say probably 6-7 if you have a fat wallet, 8-9 if wallet is of average size...in other words, don't hold your breath. You can look back at the S2000 Archive threads and see when they first started hitting the secondary market. I wouldn't expect much different for the S3000.
