Who can update firmware on Mei???

Who’s updating MEI bill validators these days?  I have a G23 with an upstacker and I’m using Family 20 boots that require the USB firmware, which mine doesn’t have.  It’s a 6602.

I actually have the files that are required to flash it.

Can anybody help?
