My lower LCD on my eMotion is not allowing touch screen. When setting up the machine I didn’t even get the option to calibrate it. Post setting up the game in the service menu I can select it, but it just rapidly goes through the screens with the yellow dots and I can’t touch the screen to do anything. Is it possible someone put a non-touch screen in the lower section? It hasn’t been a huge issue as I can use the buttons to select everything on screen except changing the denomination. Is it possible to change the denomination with the button panel?

Sounds like you got it this way. Is there a white cable going from the back of the screen to the inside of the cabinet? Double-check your touch cable didn't come loose. Take pics?
