Title: WBA 11 Bill Validator not taking in any type bill.

I have set the Dips 5,6,7, and 8 to on and it did take one (one dollar) bill in, but kicked it back out after a short time.  Appeared to be attempting to take it in or calibrate. Would not take any others. I had read that you need calibration paper or card to calibrate it.  Would anyone know if and where you can buy it for the WBA 10/11?  I understand that it should only take ones and fives.  Not the newer bills.  But won't take any.  Any help would be appreciated.

Push all the dip switches up then try your bills.

Thanks for responding.  Try it.  All the dips were off.  Did not do anything.  Would not accept the bill at all.
