Title: Very Clean Bally's Bonus 7 Video Slot Machine V9000-S3 Issue
Post by: Big John on February 17, 2016, 02:47:31 PM
I have inherited a Bally's Bonus 7 Video Slot Machine. I think the brain has been taken but I do not know. The Video Screen shows Bally's Log Screen with "Waiting for input Signal".
Can anyone help me?

Is it worth fixing, selling or trashing?

Yes, it's missing the MPU. It slides into a tray below the shelf and the cables dangling at the bottom of the machine connect to it.

I'd keep it.  You can get a 512MB MPU pretty cheap, or pick up a 1GHz MPU for a bit more.  Other than the mpu/flash cards it looks pretty complete from what I can see in the pictures.

And Welcome to  :nlg-logo: too!

Thank you, where would I find an MPU?

Hang loose and one of the vendors will probably contact you here or via private message.  If you don't hear from one in a day or so try contacting any of the vendors on the home page.  Let them know you'll need the OS and game flash cards too, unless they were laying loose in the machine somewhere.

Thank you, there is nothing loose in the machine so I have to believe I will need them as well as the MPU.
