Does 3.75 ID 024 support the new $100 in S2000?

I think that software release dates from Dec 2007 or Jan 2008 so I wouldn't bet on it. I believe the latest $100 bill design came out in 2013 and it was based on the 2009 design. But I could be wrong about all this, so here's the JCM document for that software release:

3.80 is the new $100 software, 3.75 is new $5.
