Title: Why is the Base Percentage so low?

if my base chip is at 93%...... how can the machine run such a low base percentage lately at 82% :Scratch-Head: ......... its like a vacume sucking up every last penny :duh:

That 82-83 percent is short term but more you play it and longer you keep that theme in the machine the closer you will get to the theoretical payback percentage.
