Title: Hand Pay Lock OutI

I have a customer that hit a jackpot on his Williams BB1 and now it is stuck in hand pay lock out. I had him turn the reset key and nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you for certain that the reset keyswitch has the 2 wires attached inside the machine?

I had that happen to me last night. I turned the key and nothing happened also. Then I opened the door and turned the key and it cleared. Try that.

Turns out rokgpsman was right, I had him check the switch and the guts were all missing.

He might be able to touch the 2 wires together to clear the hand pay. I have some brand new reset switches with key if you need one.

That's what I told him to try, haven't heard back from him so I guess it worked.
