Title: BB1 cpu won't clear

I recently bought a green 700mhz bb1 cpu off of ebay and I cannot get it to clear.  My clear card is an 1810 and is a good one.  I have changed batteries, BIOS and jurisdiction but that didn't solve the problem.   Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks

Yes, clear card is in the correct slot.

Most likely you do not have the newer version of the 1810 Clear Card (Yes there was more than one type SCLR-1810 CF) and the earlier one will not work in the Green (Non RoHS) CPU's or CPU-NXT (550 Conversion) boards


Either use a SCLR 1350, 1800, Newer Type 1810 or the 1851 Clear Card)


Honestly, the 1350 is just good to have around if you don't know what Bios is in the older CPU's, or just get the 1810 (512mb CF)

Problem solved.  Just needed a newer version of the clear card.  Thanks
