if you can't find the 5 pin version of the optic board, you can upgrade to the 10 pin version, it's a direct replacement, three screws to remove old one and replace with new one, new harness is required, but it plugs directly into the machine harness. , optics and the dirverter.
I have all these tested parts available. 50.00 shipped.

I have 4 or 5 of the 10 pin optic with no luck working.i have 3 different Igt s plus machine and the five pin is. the only thing that will work in all machine. When the 10 pin optic is installed the white test button work on adding credits with front door open, close use coin with no luck. In test mode 10 don't Change but 11 and 12
do change to 0.

on the 10 pin board, remove Q-2, I'll bet the board will now work! see the attached photo. Jim

Jim you are a hero! I have been trying to get this machine working for months. I just got done removing Q2
And it is working again like it should. Thanks for all the help and info.
