Title: williams bb1 with mei not taking bills.

I have 8 BB1 machines that came out of a Vegas casino. They had the validators removed, (wba) I decided to install MEI's. Cleared and reprogrammed the machines, validators reset and green light on head blinks, but wont take a bill., bill val com error shows only when in set up screen mode.   any thoughts??...Thanks

Check jumpers JP1, JP2 and JP3 on the backplane.

I believe all should be in position 2/3 for MEI.

Thanks, that did the trick they work great. by chance would you know the combo for a wba /uba if I have to go to those.. Thanks

JP1 and JP2 should be the same, JP3 may need to be switched if it does not work.

What were they set at before you moved them?
