Secondary which is for the bottom/ curved monitor I don't have pic because it is missing.

There are several cables that are related to the touchscreen.

1.  Serial cable that connects to the white connector on the board that provides the 9 pin standard serial cable.
2.  Standard DB9 serial cable that connects the above harness to the secondary port on the mpu.
3.  Power cable to the touchscreen controller
4.  Flat cable that connects the touchscreen to controller (although this one is attached to the glass, so you probably have it already).

Sorry Mark, I went through my parts this weekend and could only find the USB type.  I thought I had a bad monitor that I could harvest the cable from, but it had already been harvested.  You could buy a whole controller assembly on e-bay (found one for under $10) and just take it apart and use the cable.
