I have no idea if anyone sells just the button, especially for my oddball Status Video Poker slot, but here's a quick fix if you're missing a coin return button on your old slot machine, with a coin mech.
I just took a 2 1/2 inch wood screw and added some heat shrink tubing on top. That wasn't enough to make a nice fit, so I added one wrap of "gorilla" tape, which works wonders. Now I have a coin return button!
