Bought this game and the base chip was not included

M0000889 - 892 is what you need. 

384/477 are early versions of Spin Poker that used different GME/PXLF/SNDF software. 

You should have C0001123 and DSS00414 installed on your board, along with G0001878 GME's.

Yes the cooo1123 is correct but the Dss is 00064

DSS00064 is EPROM based and was used in the early versions of Spin Poker.  Probably works with the later version too since it's installed with that game set, but might be missing TITO sounds or something similar?  G0001878 PSR shows it should use SIMM based DSS00414.
