Title: WBA-13 not cycling on power up
Post by: JethroP on December 30, 2020, 06:57:37 PM: Have an IGT S+ that had a WBA-11. The WBA-11 quit working. I replaced it with a WBA-13 (including the required harness), but it doesn't work either. So guessing it's something beside the WBA unit. Neither one of these bill acceptors made any noise/cycling on power up. I have checked the WBA power supply and it measures 13 volts at both 13 volt outputs. Any suggestions?

Post by: Jim on December 30, 2020, 07:23:19 PM: Did you put the harness in correctly? if it'supside down, the power will be at the top and not the bottom!

Post by: JethroP on December 30, 2020, 08:12:37 PM: The harness (connector) only connects one way. If it was upside-down they won't fit together.

I don't see any LED's anywhere.

I found them. They are not lit.

I would if I had one. I guess I'll have to buy one just to try.
