Good evening all,

I have WBA 10 bill acceptor that has just quit working properly. It accepts and rejects all bills. I have never had any type of issue with this kind of Bill Acceptor before so any type of help would be greatly appreciated.

May just need calibration.  Search the validator section for calibration paper.  They are impossible to buy, but a lot of our member have made them out of construction paper, or even printed it on an inkjet.  Someone recently posted a pdf of his calibration paper.

Replace the rubber gaskets on the rollers that feed the bill through.  As they age, they get dried up and stiff (kind of like us), so they won’t pull the bill evenly causing misreads.  You have to disassemble the head though, so if you are weary about that, just buy a new head, should be easy to find and cheap.
