Title: Bill validator no cycle on boot

Hello, I just recently acquired a s2000.  I wanted to add a bill validator to the unit, connected a WBA 13 and also a 12 but I get no cycling of any kind on boot.  I just have a red light near the dip switches.  Any help or tips is appreciated.

Is there 1 or 2 LEDs on the bill validator? If only one could be the unit does not have the correct protocol or a non working unit. Also you should go into Menu 4 and do a auto configure.

Thank you for the reply sunrise.  I just got another validator in, this one confirmed to be working.  I see two LEDs on it, but still no cycle.
As for the auto configure, I have done it and it shows installed.  I am unable to get it to test or cycle with all the dip switches up though.  I checked the version under accounting too and it seems correct.  I appreciate any follow up tips.  Thanks very much

Is your WBA using ID024 protocol?

It is set to: WBA-12/13 024 V3.75-34
